These terms and conditions govern your use of the 365 Services MK website and the provision of electrical services by 365 Services MK Ltd. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
365 Services MK Ltd provides domestic and commercial electrical services across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. All work is carried out by qualified, NICEIC approved electricians in accordance with current UK wiring regulations (BS 7671).
Quotations provided via our website, telephone, or email are estimates based on the information provided at the time. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes once work has begun. We will inform you of any changes before proceeding.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you directly. We will make every effort to arrive at the agreed time. In the event of unavoidable delays, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange.
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or card.
Invoices are due for payment on completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. Late payment may incur additional charges.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover lost time and travel costs.
All electrical work carried out by 365 Services MK Ltd is completed to current UK standards and regulations. We provide a 12-month guarantee on all labour carried out by us.
Manufacturer warranties on parts and materials are subject to the terms of the relevant manufacturer and are separate from our labour guarantee.
365 Services MK Ltd carries full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our work.
We are not responsible for any pre-existing faults or issues not identified at the time of our visit, or for damage caused by third parties.
